Recipe for delicious fat-burning cake

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup jaggery
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Half cup of milk
Half cup of curd
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
Grind the jaggery until it turns into powder without any lumps.
Whisk the milk, curd and oil in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt and baking powder. Pass it through a sieve in a colander and add it to a bowl of milk and curd paste.
Add the jaggery powder and mix everything to obtain a smooth paste. If the batter is too thick, you can add a little milk.
Add dried fruits to the batter and pour it into a baking dish greased with butter, oil or ghee and lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes. Check and bake longer if not done yet. Your cake is ready. Stay healthy and eat tasty.
