Dark Chocolate Brownies Recipe | Kitchen-kitchens – Gulf News

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 135 C (275 F).

2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Beat until floppy texture is achieved using a stand mixer or hand whisk, then set aside.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, chop the block of 70% dark chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave. Be sure to stir the chocolate with a rubber spatula every 10 seconds to avoid burning it. Add butter and stir until melted.

4. Add the egg and sugar mixture to the melted chocolate and butter.

5. Mix them with a spatula. Then add the flour and stir until a mixture of medium to thick consistency is formed.

6. Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 9×13 pan and bake for 35 minutes.

7. Use a toothpick to check if it’s ready: when the toothpick comes out almost clean, it’s time to take the brownies out of the oven.

8. Leave to cool at room temperature for a few hours.

9. Remove the brownie from the mold and cut it into squares.

10. Enjoy your delicious homemade brownie. You can also accompany it with a scoop of ice cream.
