1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Hot Fan/Gas 5.

2. Line a 20 x 20 cm brownie pan with non-stick parchment paper, leaving a little overhang on each side to facilitate unmolding.

3. Place bananas, applesauce, caramel flavor, cocoa powder, sweetener, protein powder, and salt in a food processor and blitz, until you have a smooth paste . Fold in the 50g chocolate chips by hand and evenly distribute the batter in the pan, then press the remaining chocolate chips on top.

4. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool slightly before unmolding and cutting into 8 squares.
